Oil cooler end is cracked

Oil filter end of the cooler is cracked and the p/n is 1818376C3 will others work? Need one quick it's off of a 2000 E350 any help would be great

Just was comparing them, f series drops down further on the filter housing as the e series is shallower for the tighter fit. thanks anyways
