Does anyone know where I can get my hands on either a training manual or description of how it operates? I'm looking mainly at the electronic controls, I know how diesels operate. For example, I know the CPS tells the IDM when to trigger injector, but what tells the IDM what injector to trigger?

The cps has a marker on it that the ecu uses to find when to fire the #1 cylinder, and knows the rest of the firing order, acting accordingly.
