Truck intermitten dying?
Ok working on a 99 F350 and a month ago truck died and i towed it in and found a leaking fuel water seperator. I replace the drain valve,Fuel bowl heater, icp sensor and pigtail(leaking oil) Also the wires were touching on irp valved so i replaced wire harness. Truck ran great untill now. Just got to truck back to my shop and customer said if it shuts off he has to hit it with starter fluid to get it running then its good for a while. Of course now it wont die but it has 2 codes and they are P1212 ICP not at expected and also P1211 ICP Pressure above/below Desired... Now i did use all factory parts last time including icp sensor and harness! My Injection Pressure is between 600-650 @ idle and 9-10%... Any help would be great! I did notice someone else put a rebuilt hpop in it but im think posible ipr valve???

Does anyone know if there is a correct way to test the ipr valve? I hate just changing parts even knowing everything else is new...
