Question New to site- need advise on coolant leak

I have a 2001 F250 with a 7.3. I noticed a puddle of coolant under the truck a few days ago. I determined that the leak was coming from the passenger side of the engine above the starter around or close to the exhaust manifold. I checked the freeze plugs and they are not leaking. I was told it might be a plug used to drain the engine block in this location that could be leaking. Has anyone had this problem before and know any suggestions?

Thanks for your help in advance

Hey sorry if this is a little too late but are you sure that the antifreeze is not coming from the water pump and just dripping/running to the location above the starter?
