99 7.3 hard to start win cold help?????

i have a 99 power stoke its hard to start win it get cold i,ve checked the gpr it plug 165 amps with 12.5 volts i,ve put all new glow plug in it put new batt and a new starter it was shot lol and i,ve put new low pressure oil pump on it any help please i love this truck and i dont on what else to do ive checked for eng codes none there once it starts it run's great ive had this truck for years if u plug it init will start dep on the temp it turn over fast and start to slow down and then it will start and does find then if u go some were and lleav it a few hours like 4 5 it hard to start or will not start today checked hp oil pump level about 3/4 inch down plugged in today 30* started 12*not plugged in wouldn't start ??????????

14 40 w been running it for years i've had this truck for 8 years now last year it start to be hard to start

Check the UVCHs since they supply power to the GPs. I'd try using at least a 10W40 oil if not a 5W40 and see if it helps.
I thought the GPR would draw more than 165A but idk. How long does it stay engaged?

i think 150 to 180 on ford web site i've been running 15 40 for years

So it cranks fast at first then slows down and eventually will crank? Did I read that right?
If that's the case, sounds like weak battery or both. They need to be MINIMUM 850CCAs each. And you might wanna check all of your connections. Hot and ground.

cold start

zeb im having the same problem, i love my truck also its been great have 360,000 miles on it and plan on driving it for another 360 just need to figure this cold start problem out if u figure it out let me know and i will do the same
