Need help finding an oil sump fitting

I am making a DIY preluber system and need to tap into the oil sump for the supply line. I have the thread type (M14 x 1.25 x 21) but I am having trouble finding either an elbow or a banjo type fitting to run a hose from.

I want to maintain maximum ground clearance and also run at least 3/8" hose from the fitting (barbed fitting at hose end is fine.)

I have found close to what I need online but not exactly what I want.

I would pull the sump and braze in a dedicated outlet if that wasnt such a bear.

Any help appreciated
