01 7.3 powerstrokekeeps shutting down and wont start

my father has an 01 powerstroke twice now its stalled will start up atleast twice then wont start aslong as it its raining. when its dry out truck runs fine. was told initially by dealer he had bad batteries, no fuses blown, is doing it again. any suggestions

There's a common leak on the driver side getting a module wet under the dash. Mine did that. I'd also check all the grounds for the batts on the motor and frame.
