03 doesn't seem to spool up
Need a little help, 03 7.3 getting 16.7 or so psi on EBP, 4.67 volts on Baro. all at idle, but the turbo does not seem to spin up. It reads 210 rpms at idle and drops to about 50 rpms at WOT. I have AE if that will help but I can't seem to find the horses that have went out to pasture. Any help will be appreciated.
