2000 f350 cam sensor proplem please help

Ok i got a 2000 f350 with 7.3 truck keeps burning out cam sensors like every5 mins i can leave the truck sit and run for a hour fine take it right up the road and it burns out the sensor....End of the sensors all look good just burns the up any ideas? I was told that there are wires above the turbo that goes bad but can seem to find one.....Any help would be great
