fried to pcms help.

i have 2000 powerstroke no chip on pcm the truck the truck good when i got it an now its picked up a proble it has to dead cyclinders on driver side an blows fuel smoke...iv replaced every thing on truck besides ipr an problem has gotn worse..well other day i was drivin it home suddly couldnt give it throttle i had water in fuel check engine light an wait to start..truck wouldnt idle right then died no wait to start light swap anthr pcm in had wait to start light went to start up an fried it to..so what i do im in process of replacing main wiring harness on truck.????
