99 7.3 rough idle PLEASE HELP

ok guys and gals i have been looking around for some info on why my truck has a rough idle. when its cold it is fine, after running for 10 min it starts to run rough. it doesnt seem to lose any power but runs rough at idle. (SHAKING THE TRUCK) i have tried to run the codes and get nothing, no stored codes i have replaced the fuel filter did a oil change , changed the oil out of the hpop resvoir. unplugged the icp and it lugged for a sec and return to normal rpm with same roughness.. I noticed that the altinator was only puting out 11.00 v so i replaced that aswell. my truck came to me used and the po put a six gun banks programer a banks exhuast brake banks stainless exhuast banks big head waste gate banks trans cammand . please any help would be awesome as i am stummped! please and thank you

Have you checked your UVCH connectors, they do become loose, but if you are not loosing power, maybe not, but it is worth a try. What type of scanner are you using, you need a special scanner for the 7.3.

do an injector Buzz test and see what comes up on the scanner jeff
