HPOP o-rings

Been noticing an oil leak the last few days on my 7.3.. and have narrowed it down to the HPOP. anyone have a write up on changing these o-rings, like around the dummy plug? i'm about 90% positive thats where its coming from, also what size is that o-ring?

ANY input is greatly appreciated.. thanks

i can pickup the o-rings from the shop today and for free if anyone knows the sizes.. if not i'll order them from guzzle..
