Intermitted Hiccup and Stall

Hey guys, been trying to chase down the problem with the 99 ford F350 crew cab 4x4. Its got 198,000 miles. Lately it would intermittely hiccup mostly at idle (drops momentarily but not die). After doing that about 20 times or so, it would all of sudden just shut down quickly as if I turned off the key. It would start right up every time when I crank it.

I have already checked with scanner, ICP shows 480 PSI at idle and will go over 2000 PSI when accelerating. Cam sensor has been replaced with the grey one twice, I even tried a new black one from international that I kept around. I also already replaced the ICP sensor twice, first one had oil in it, so that got replaced with new one. Strangely the new one leaked again. So I replaced that one under warranty. It still have issues.

I tried wiggling and moving wires to see if it would act up, nothing. Need some help to track it down.

Thanks!
