7.3 Glow Plug relay Problems

Im hoping someone can help me out here, I have a 2000 Ford F-350 7.3 I just put a New glow plug relay on it and im having some issues. the old one was bad the new one i just put on acts like its stuck on. i have everything hooked up right when i turn the key on power gose to GP and I have 12v at both the small red wire and small orange wire and it never shuts off even when the key is off, but if i diconnect power from battery to GPR and hook it back up its fine untill i turn the key on again. everything i have been reading says its either the ground wire from the PCM is shorted or Just the PCM is bad. can anyone help?

im still looking for the same answer. relay wont shut off.

Check out this video I put together to show GPR operation. It sounds like the new one you have could be faulty.

yup figured out the new relay was bad also guess thats what i get for getting a cheap one from ebay. bought one from napa and works great now. thanks alot for the vidio it helped alot.
