Mine was a from being two quarts low on oil and having a P1212 code. That code says the PCM does not detect ICP present during cranking. Cause low oil resevoir and air in the HPO system. Did a HPOS bleed down and problem solved, also changed my oil and made sure she was full. Mine started after the put her on a flat bed tow truck when the fuel pump went out. I think being two quarts low on oil
and then being put at a severe angle allowed air in the system.

I've been SEVEN quarts low and it still ran and cranked. The angle coulda done something, although mine's been towed a couple times and no problems.
