bad injector O rings

Had a problem yesterday that left me stranded, rescued by my sons 06 f-250 ccsb Thank you , Ford. Left to pick up a car hauler trailer that I bought ,about 400 miles round trip. On the way back , the truck started to loose power , surge ,buck and smoke blue smoke . Got to a rest area in the middle of nowhere Ohio after diagnosing the problem came to the conclusion that an injector o ring took a dump. I lost 2 gals of oil before the truck started to crap out, only had 1 gal with me , but didn't want to chance it and cause any damage to the motor. My son showed up about 12:30 am , we loaded my truck on the car trailer and home we went., Trailer worked perfect. Later put in another gal and drove about 20 miles , the smoking has pretty much stopped and the oil didn't drop any. I'll change the o rings and crush washers ,but i'm wondering if the 100% biodiesel that I run had anything to do with it . Does anybody make o rings that can be used with biodiesel or are all o rings the same . Sorry for the long post.
