TS chip installed, ran good, now wont crank?????

Ok guys i have been doing alot of reading but cant seem to find my problem. so here it is.

Last night i installed my new TS 6 position chip. Taped the computer up and slide it back into the black box (very tight, but instructions said to slide it back in) installed it back in truck. Truck started with no problems took it for a 10mile ride going threw all the positions. Decided to meet some buddies at the local applebees. Went in had some food about 2 hrs later went out to start the truck and it wouldn't crank. i have power everywhere but it wont crank. Buddy is towing truck to my house today. What should i check guys? thanks kyle

Try unplugging the chip and starting it. Do you get a WTS light? If you can find someone with the same pcm code as yours, try swapping with them. If the truck starts, your pcm is fried and you need to find a new one.

Exactly, pull the chip and see what happens. If the WTS doesn't work or stays on, it could a connection issue from unclean terminals. If WTS works as expected but truck otherwise won't start it could be the chip went bad. I had this happen to me with a chip I recently got from PHP and was told that they have had some trouble with some the TS chips lately. I didn't dig, but that's what I was told. I had to get a new one, and now my truck rocks again .

HHey guys thanks for the responses. When I got home the truck was parked on a hill so I decided to try a bump start it since its stick. Well it worked fired right up but still wont crank from the key. So im hoping its just good timming that the starter seloniod went bad at the same time I put the chip in lol. Will let u guys know. ok turned out it wasn't the chip. I guess i was hammering the clutch a little to hard when testing the new chip out lol. The clutch switch under the dash broke. So i just jumped the two wires for the ignition and she fired right up. Thanks for the help guys Kyle
