The 603 means the PCM went unpowered sometime, it's common and not a concern.
The 1280 is from unplugging the ICP, if the scanner retrieved codes, the PCM is running now.....
150rpm is good.
I'd go back to fuel. Drain & refill the filter housing to be sure the pump works, you've got fuel in the tank, and the shut-off hasn't been tripped.
All the fuses are OK?
Could something important have come unplugged?
Finally, what kind of scanner are you using? Does it do our trucks properly (most don't)? Can you get ICP & IPR readings? Do a "buzz test"?
