Rough starting and running with less than 1/4 tank
I have a 2003 F250 with the 7.3. When I get to a quater tank or less the truck idles very rough for a few seconds after start up and then it and then it smooths out. The lower I get on fuel, it will seem to lose power intermittently and surge but only when It's at a quater tank or less. Any thoughts?

Sucking air into the lines, don't let it get down past a quarter of a tank.
