I'm stumped

I'm trying to track down an intermittent low boost / power loss problem I'm having . Isspro Fuel pressure gauge says pressure never drops below 65 psi when hammering on it at idle it reads 75, I have an isspro hpop gauge and it holds steady at 2200 psi not the best , but the readings are the same when it runs well and when it's not . I have a riff raff rr fuel setup , i did the uvch clips , no up pipe or boot leaks , and fuel filter changed regularly . Hutch and harpoon were done. Ebpv delete was done . No codes other than the ones caused by the edge.

What's happening is the truck runs great sometimes , builds boost easy up to 24 psi , can barely hear the injectors goes real good and clears up the smoke real fast . Then out of nowhere and randomly for random periods of time it will run sluggish , will smoke more , can barely make 15 psi , and lacks power and runs noisier . Feels almost as if someone hooked a trailer to my truck .
