7.3 Starting but barely moving.

I have a 99 f250 7.3 that i went to start the other month, started up fine and drove down the road. I noticed the truck did not feel like it had the power it use to have then eventually it topped out at 30mph then 25, then 20, all the way down to barely crawling, foot full on the throttle. The truck will start and run, but if i try to move it, it does what i just described. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like the same problem I have. RUn the codes could be clogged fuel filter, <<probably not in the summer, bad fuel regualtor, bad ipr, low oil vescosity, bad high pressure pump, bad injector sensor, etc. Probably needs to be hooked up to the fancy equipment. Good luck. BTW mine was the fule pressure reg.
