cps sensor help

Hey guys does anyone have a good pic of the cps sensor location a buddy of mine needs to see one and my truck is still at ford thanks

No pic but it is located on the front passanger side of the motor 1 bolt to hold it to motor if you lay or get under and look up just infront of passanger tire close to bottom of motor. if you look at the pic of your truck think just below and behind turn and hazzard light good luck

The Camshaft Position Sensor is located to the top left of the crank pully as you look at the front of the engine. After you take out the 10mm bolt take the flat head screwdriver and pry up on the sensor to pop it out. Just don't loose the screw but does come with a new bracket.. If i recall correctly its located right under the waterpump.. or maybe above? but its on passenger side of engine..

How bad does he need one?

I have had very good luck with Bob/Guzzle, great service and fast shipping! The black ones all seem to go for $50's.... the Gret one is like $25-30 from ford.

I should have a couple of spares here in a couple days... Only need 1.

Depends who you ask, but from what I have read the International Black one is th ebest, or the Grey Ford one. (The recall CPS.)
