Im new to powerstroke engines Ive got a late 99 powerstroke w/166000 miles decided to take her for a rip after sitting about a week started quickly like normal but for about the first couple minutes it had a faint "knock" to it til she warmed up a bit then it cleared it runs like top never leaked or burned oil, no blow by. Is this something to be concerned about? or is it cuz it sat so long all I have is the ****ty factory oil pressure gauge any input would be great thanks!

Every 7.3 from 2000 to 2003 I've checked for this on (about 10) have done the same thing. Mine does. I dont think its bad but it could very well be.
