1999 F-350 idles really rough and has next to no power when trying to drive help!!

i bought a 1999 F-350PSD 2 weeks ago drove around just find them all of a sudden started idiling really rough sounds like its going to die then when you drive it it has next to no power and wont run but 70mph. ive heard about the UVCH or the IDM which would yall try first?

get it on a scanner. is it smoking more than normal? i'm gonna go ahead and guess not your IDM. it's probably either uvch, injector, or lack of HPO

what did you find? I'm having similar issues, getting raked by the dealer, 4 injectors so far. '01 7.3
