p1316 code and miss HELP!

I have a 99 7.3 with 250k on it and the other day I developed a miss out of nowhere. I read the codes and i pulled a p1316 and a p470. Did some research and checked the uvc harnesses. All wires showed between 2 and 5 ohms. what else could it be?

First thing to check would be the EBV....

After that, if it's still running poorly, could be the IDM going out.

All your fuses good? Have you tried a new (Ford) CPS? WTS light coming on/off like normal? Smoke?
