missing/sputter at low RPMs

I have a 2000 powerstroke and just recently starting having problems with jumping/hiccupping. At low rpms is when it starts to sputter but at high rpms it will run fine. I replaced the CPS but that did not help. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what i could be. No check engine light has come on either.

Truck is stock excpet for a cold air intake and a TS 6 position

I'm in same boat. I took valve covers off and ran truck and disconnected injectors one by one. Found bad injector and replaced.
