Cool 2001 7.3 E450 loses power after 10 miles

Hey guys maybe you can help. Got an odd one here.
Back ground: Rebuilt 7.3, DP tuner, rebuilt 180 injectors with single shots, some turbo mods- Banks turbo wheel and back pressure delete, intake heater delete (don't really need here in Texas), new wiring under right valve cover, replaced both computers already, new fuel pump and new aftermarket cam position sensor. Good batteries, rebuilt alternator and starter.
Problem: after about 10 miles of driving it loses power and dies, same problem we had before all the above work was done. Buzz test great, grounds all checked, on one cylinder balance test it showed 2 and 4 as being a problem, two other times it did not, last time I did a KOEO test it showed p0232 and P0605. Some codes come up because of the mods on the truck. Those are not relevant. Even when running like it just about to die it does not always bring up codes. Inertia Switch checked. Even happens at idle over a 30 minute time. Does take longer. no Check engine or SES lights come on.
Possible problems: main wiring harness, something heating up and causing problem? Other ideas?

When running right it is very fast and pulls great. Getting a bit frustrated and tired of throwing parts at it.
