lots of white blue smoke n just rebuilt turbo! help

got a 99 with a 7.3 dp tuner, stacks, guages, intake and stuff. i was driving and it started to smoke whiteish blue alot and the egt's wer pretty high. like 1300 1400* (well i assume thats high) so i did some reading on here and it sounded like my turbo. and there was oil in the compressor housing and ic tubes. so i pulled the turbo and completely rebuilt it and got a wickid wheel. got it all back together and she still smokes alot, thaught maybe it was cause its still burning the oil out of the ic but my egt's are still pretty high. is that because its smoking still? i seen on the up pipes it is lil oily where the up pipes come out of the manifolds, can that be a cause? ive read if you have leaks then it can raise your egt's but i have no clue. also checked the oil and it seems like its close to a half inch over the FULL line. so maybe leaky injector? wich would raise the oil level but why would it smoke? thanks for the help in advanced!
