7.3 will not start hot

hello everyone, I recently started haveing problems with my 02 powerstroke it starts and runs like a charm but after you shut it off when its warm after a decent amount of driveing say 15miles it will not restart just cranks wont even attempt to pop off untell it cools off for like a half hr. It then starts up like nothing ever happened. i have noticed that when it doesnt restart the injectors are not clicking my neighbors buddy tryed helping me take a reading off the injector harness of course it had power because it cooled off enough and started..... go figure he told me that it could be a IDM in the drivers fender or the ICP. any thoughts anyone? oh and the cam sensor is new

We had a cat at work that use high pressure oil, the o ring on one of the injectors was broken, when the engine was hot the oil would just spray out and it could never build up enough oil pressure to fire the injectors.
