BLACK SMOKE unwanted and LARGE amount

I need help with this!!! I have 2000 f250 7.3l 6speed 160k. No engine mods. Farely new truck to me, has been smoking since i got it and my first diesel. Smokes rediculously especialy under heavy acceleration but still under light acceleration. I DONT WANT BLACK SMOKE!!!! Is turbo going out? it still pulls hard.... are injectors bad? MY TRUCK IS NOT CHIPPED (that i know about). THE SMOKE IS NOT A NORMAL AMOUNT. I just replaced GP's and Relay. HELP please. Thankyou

No im not lugging really its smokes most between 1-2k rpm i cruze at 1500rmp and never lug below 1k - Portland Oregon 6th ESB 4th FSSG (OUT NOW)

Well I am out of ideas. I have no ideas what make the 7.3 tick. You should check out the local chapter though. I figured you might be stationed up at Naval Base Kitsap.

first of all does it seem a lil sluggish? check your IC boots and UP pipes, sounds like you have a huge boost leak,or some huge injectors lol.
