batterys or starter problem

ok guy i went out to my truck to run some where whent to crank and it wouldnt turn over then i turned the key back and went to start it again and 1 click turned over wtf man lol it happed to me twice today what do u all think maybe a bad connection also

How old are the battery's? Had a problem like that to with my 01 250 but it happened over a two week period real sluggish starts and then finally wouldn't start at all took it to ford and it wound up being the battery's were shot and the positive battery harness was carroaded so might want to check that out.
