trucks dead....help

i have a e99. jus replace all 8 injectors glow plugs an icp sensor truck ran fine for 150 miles. then on the way home last night bout a mile from the house it started blowin gray smoke like ive never seen before. so i limp it home an pull codes, nothin no oil lost nothin leakin. so i pull the battery cables to reset it an see if it would throw a code an now it wont turn over by the key. if i turn it over on the solenoid with the key off it slows starts to turn over like normal but if i use the key it will crank then seem to load up an quit turning over...im lost any ideas??

Hmmm sounds like an injector O-ring went bad. the heavy grey/white smoke would be the large amount of fuel getting into the engine. The slow crank would be from the piston pushing the fuel in the cylinder out of the cylinder through the exhaust valve. I would pull the oil dipstick and smell the oil. If it smells like diesel fuel I would start looking at injector o-rings.

If you pull them you need to replace the O-rings. You should probably get an o-ring kit for all the injectors and replace them all. Before you install them put some oil on the o-rings to prevent them from getting damaged during install.
