Help with my 2002 7.3

Any help please!!! My truck is running rough, smoking and feels like it has a miss? Put my programmer on it and got a P1211-Inject. Control Pressure above or below Desired and a P1316- Inject. Circuit and/or IDM codes detected? Was going to purchase new injectors but wondering if that is going to solve my problems or if I can save the cost of the injectors and just get the parts that may need to be changed?

I wouldnt replace the injectors till you get this electrical issue worked out. Id be willing to bet its a wiring issue with a bad connector or wire rub through. I think above the driverside valve cover there is a wire that can rub through and cause issues like this.

Other things to try before getting new injectors (which I dont think new injectors would help.) Try disconnecting the ICP sensor and seeing if it runs better. If it does, get a new ICP and your good. Id also try a buzz test, that would help determine whether your IDM is good (but it isnt the only way to decide whether its a good/bad IDM.)
