Trouble codes

I have an 01 f250 with about 154k on her. I don't have a check engine light on, but pulled some codes. First is P1249 wastegate control valve performance, second is P1211 Injector control pressure higher/lower than desired. I am assuming the wastegate code is due to the tuner(bullydog 6 position)? I checked ICP pressure and DC on start up and at idle, start up was 1180 psi and 34.76 DC. At idle pressure varied between 700 and 750, mostly around 730. DC varied between 16.8 and 17.19. I know i should check the numbers while driving, just haven't gotten that far yet.

Truck has bullydog tuner, AIS intake, Stock straight pipe, and ebps unplugged. The truck idles weird, and has some issues while driving, IE it will lose power occasionally and the cackle goes away when it has no power. Is this just the ICP sensor, or is something else going on?
