HPOP question??

i am having issues with the motor in my truck and i have replaced the valve cover gaskets and a bunch of other sensors..when i start the truck its got a lil rough idle and idles at low rpms and is delayed to the response of the pedal...can anyone help me out trying to solve the problems with this truck and its just buggin me that i cant figure it out..thanks

Have you had it checked for codes? I'd get a Snap On MT2500 used for $200-300 and test myself..

the truck is not throwing any codes right now but someone told me today to change the IDM and it will solve my problem so im gunna look into that
