Tighten it up

Hey all... Im really a rookie when it comes to diesels. I have a f350 4x4 dual rear wheel and a 7.3.
Yes my mileage is 15 or less per mile 373 gears...
My question is... With 150k on the engine does the valve train need to be adjusted or is it a hydraulic lifter engine...
I have good power, it just seems like it could be a tad quieter,,,thanks stev

One thing you can do is add one quart of power steering fluid to every tank full of fuel. That will help a little and it sure won't hurt.
