Is this OK????? Garrett Turbo Question

Is this ok??? I just got this tubro back from the shop. I can tell instantly this isn't my turbo. I knowtised the pit marks on the turbine and now I am wondering if I should be worried.

Does anyone know if this is ok or not?

The pitting doesn't look too deep but whats with the fin that looks white? But the question should be why did the shop give you a different turbo?

my first one had a bad heat sheild, it was moving inside (Meant to be stationary ALWAYS). So after the last two weeks of hell they swapped out the center section. I just got the turbo back a few hours ago and before putting it in, I want to make sure I didn't get another bad one. (All in all, I have bad luck)
