Computer Swap

Okay yes I've searched and read...and read....and read...and am fuzzy on the whole early 99 PCM swap.

I found this model: Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (L. firewall), 8-445 (7.3L, diesel), eng cont, AT, std emis (Fed), ID 1C3F-ATA

Is it a valid one for me to upgrade to? an early 99 getting a set of stage 1's.
