Sure there's a water separator, it's part of the filter housing which also contains the drain valve.
Located at the top of the engine, in front under a plastic, decorative, cover between the heads and right behind the fan.
The black plastic top unscrews to replace the filter (if you didn't know where it was, then by All means, replace that filter
) and there's a plastic yellow lever to rotate to drain it out.
That drain has a metal tube attached to it that ends against the motor behind the top of the passenger ft tire. Drain it into something to see what's coming out....
