Help Needed with Garrett – GTP38R Turbo Faulty

Does anyone have a way to contact Garrett? Need some help here…
I am having some issues with the turbo where the Exhaust Heat Shield was machined wrong and was spinning inside the turbo, allowing a few thing to happen. First was making a bad noise when cold, second was an Exhaust leak in a weird spot, and last it cooked the bearings.

I can really use some help getting ahold of Garrett to get a replacement turbo, can anyone help?

This turbo has somewhere between 10k-15k miles. Which makes it that more of a ***** slap to the face.
