Need Help!!! -- GTP38R Garrett Turbo - Faulty

Could someone help me get in contact with Garrett? I purchased a GTP38R turbo a while back only to only have problems since day 1. I talked to Garrett back when I purchased it and now all the phone numbers are no good.

The Exhaust Heat Shield was machined wrong and was spinning inside the turbo, allowing a few thing to happen. First was making a bad noise when cold, second was an Exhaust leak in a weird spot, and last it cooked the bearings. I have been fighting with the shop and Garrett since day 1 and now its out of warranty. But I finally got the shop to agree to disassemble it and when we did so that’s when we found the problem.

The shop is trying all they can to get this resolved but their Garrett Rep is MIA.

Has anyone had this problem or knows of someone that could help expedite a warranty swap? I need my truck (daily driver).
