99 f-250 DIED, WONT START!! HELP!!!

Drove it to work yesterday and died several times, if I let off the throttle and stab it again it would fire back up while moving. Made it to work, went to leave and acted like batteries were dead. Jump started and drove home. Let it sit for several hours and started up no problem.

Got up this morning to go to work, everything ok, made it half way and truck died, could not get it to re-start. Pulled over and turned ignition off, back on, everything looked ok to start for a split second then all lights dimed and acts like batteries are dead again and wont crank fully.

Any ideas? I keep seeing a lot on CPS but nothing about batteries acting like they are dead??

Also, no CEL, no fuses blown, tach moving while cranking.
