Have you tried replacing your CPS?

It's only about $25.... i would start there.

Any codes? Fuses good?

I replaced CPS, No codes, Idle sometimes is perfect and it performs same.. but every so often it has a real ruff idle and then stalls... Stalled 3 times while driving = No PS and no BRAKES! so i wanna get it fixed right away but i would hate to spent 200 on the part and it not even be that...

a friend of mine told me that an IPR would be a bit cheaper at international rather than from ford. Don't know how much is true but may try and check it out.

Problem solved... When i went to remove the IPR i noticed the pig tail plugged attached to it had 3 wires all three were twined together and had elec tape hanging off them leaving an exposed wire that was touching each other causing the problem. I cleaned wired then soldered them and heat shrunk all 3 wires then wrapped them problem solved.
