ICP codes
My brother's 2000 F-250 is showing codes for the ICP. The codes say ICP is to high or uncontrollable. I've changed the ICP and it hasn't fixed it. I had a problem like the fuel was gelling and the truck would end up dieing and crank for awhile before it would start. Then it would only crank. I cleaned the IPR and got it to start but now have the ICP codes. I need a direction to go in. Thanks.

need some more info what did you use to scan the codes with, is the oil level right in the motor and the hpop, is your fuel pump working properly etc. etc.
