Large exhaust leak..

Would leaking up-pipes possibly cause a 5lb boost leak? i'd assume so. a friend noticed my truck was smoking from the motor the other day then i checked for myself, and sure enough, both sides had black soot on them. There is only 2 that need to be replaced correct? and, where can i find the car quest part #F17250 that i've heard about? i searched on their website and it says they don't have that part #. Do i have to go to a store and get it?
