What sensor is this?

I was doing an inspection today to find the source of my oil leak i recently noticed and while looking for oil in the valley (surprise, surprise there is plenty there) I noticed this sensor and it had some cracked wiring. I'll likely replace the whole thing to ensure the plug is good but not sure what to get. any help would be appreciated.

Rob

I think its your oil pressure sensor. If the guage is working and its not leaking I wouldnt worry about it

I've heard 2 reasons to replace it.

1) Truck runs bad, unplugg it and it runs better.
2) Unplug it and oil comes out of the connector (or places on the sensor you dont expect.)
