Oil coming from pcv

I replaced my valve cover gasket tonight on the driver side and found oil getting into my intake air from the pcv on valve cover. Anyone ever seen this?? Should I replace the PCV??

PVC?

Is this, as your nick indicates, an '86?

What you're looking at is the CCV emission system (no "valve" though) and he migration of oil into the Turbo & IC and contamination of the IC Boots is common.

The solution is called a CCV MOD, I've done mine as have Many members here, and a simple solution to the problem.

I don't know what you're talking about but it's the black box on the of the driver side valve cover. What's Ccv stand for.

CCV = crankcase vent and that is what you are looking at.

You're gonna have to trust me here we're talking about the same thing....

I've given you the solution to separating the oil from the blow-by now going into the intake. It's up to you to read-up on it
