99 cracked block

Totaled my 04 F250 so I Picked up a 99 F350, Guy bought a new dually so the truck had been sitting for awahile. it sat outside his house plugged in Come to find out there was no coolant in the truck first night in my driveway it froze split the radiator and put a hairline crack in the block. Tried to clean it and seal with marine tech and Jb weld to have a little time to find another 7.3 not working to well. Does anyone know a place to get a 7.3 in Nevada or Ca even for a reasonable price. Can I use an earlier 7.3 block or is it 00-03 only. Thanks

earlier block will work fine, i'll keep my ears and eyes open for ya for one. there was a few for sale on the for sale section go peek around..
