yep another dead 7.3

Ok here it goes i replaced the unserviceable plug and all the orings on the fuel housing (thanks Bob D-orings)and new ipr truck started and and ran great drove it 40 miles or so. Now i used simple green and washed the motors valley out not a high pressure wash low spray. I drove it for a while to dry it out. Shut it off and it restarted great. This afternoon went to start it no starty the tach moves a little up and down when rolling over. Check the number 30 fuse good, check the fuel drain valve i removed the rubber hose and opened it it had alot of pressure. ???

isn't it the case w/ the later 7.3's that even though the tach is moving, the cam sensor might still be dead?
