99 7.3 hard starts

Just put a motor in my 99 f350. It it hard to start when it sits. Checked glow plug relay and it is functioning. Once the engine starts and runs for a minute or so it will restart over and over no problem. I had to re-use the injectors from the old motor and was wondering if this sounds like a High pressure oil bleed off? Thought maybe i clipped an o-ring on install maybe? or does someone have an idea of something that doesnt involve pulling out the injectors?
